Changing account information

To change your account information, log into Nabbit by going to the Nabbit home page and logging into your account using the boxes in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then, click the "myAccount" link at the top of the page.

To change any of your account information, click the "edit" link by the section whose information you wish to change. You have the option of changing your user profile, your radio station presets, your mobile phone carrier, or your phone brand and model. Simply change the information you wish to change on those pages and click the appropriate button to update the information.

Changing your password

You can click "edit" near the User Profile section on the myAccount screen. Enter your new password in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" spaces and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.

Changing your phone number

If your mobile phone number has changed, please e-mail us at support@nabbit.com and we will update your account to your new phone number.
